Robert (Bob) Ford-King

Bob is a Partner and Senior Valuator with Kingmont. With his background in economics and statistics, his work within the industry has been immeasurable. Bob has made countless presentations before the Assessment Review Board, and previously the Ontario Municipal Board, in matters of valuation, assessment and municipal taxation. Bob spends his “spare” time managing the North Halton Rugby Club, fulfilling his passion for sports.

Tracey Coleman

Tracey has over 25 years of experience in the property tax industry. As Managing Partner of Kingmont Consulting, Tracey is one of the first people with whom you will consult. Tracey is our municipal tax issues expert. As well as managing the day-to-day operations at the office, she also manages the day-to-day operation of two teenagers. She is thankful for her french press! Her patience is seemingly never ending.

Raquel Henry

Raquel has been a part of the Kingmont family for a lifetime. With almost 20 years in the industry, Raquel works closely with municipalities and assessment offices, and of course the Assessment Review Board. Raquel is the liaison between the client and the municipality. This is not always easy to navigate!

Edward (Ed) Ford-King

Ed won’t let us tell you about his years of experience. So, let’s just say that he is one of the most experienced consultants in Ontario. Ed prides himself on taking a hands-on approach to assessment review. Ed’s main objective is ensuring fair assessments for our clients. His knowledge and understanding of industrial properties sets an industry standard. In his personal life, he can be found in rain or shine tending his gardens.

Peter Senior

Peter is a man of great poise and patience. Peter works with Kingmont with responsibility for valuations and analysis related to commercial to industrial properties. He honed his skill set during his career with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, and has been an invaluable asset to our team for many years. Even while doing detailed work, miraculously, he has managed to never raise his voice!
