Assessment Appeals

Prior to contesting the assessment, Kingmont conducts a preliminary review of the assessment and data received from the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation. We then file, if warranted, an appeal to the Assessment Review Board with our goal of reducing your property’s assessment and tax burden.
